ABOUT Dominique Allard * a.k.a. "The Strategy Guy" Dominique has been used by Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) as a real estate expert to provide advice for RB's first-time homebuyers. Read newsletter. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Dominique worked for over 15 years in the high-tech industry. He has run several businesses, some with multi-million dollar sales, and also worked in a senior management capacity for large corporations such as IBM Canada running complex multi-team projects. His skills include a keen sense of business and a high entrepreneurial drive, but most important to you, Dominique is an excellent negotiator, a personable and friendly individual with high customer service skills, and has an excellent knowledge of the real estate industry. Dominique is fluent in both French and English, originally born in Montreal. He has a Bachelor's degree from McGill University.   ABOUT Jennifer Allard * a.k.a. "The Strategy Girl" Prior to real estate, Jennifer worked 15 years in the marketing/advertising industry working with award winning agencies and top corporations. What Jennifer is most proud of is the relationships and great client satisfaction that was built while working with her clients and co-workers. The secret to her success is truly listening and taking the time to understand people's needs. Jennifer also has a business and marketing degree from McGill University.     ABOUT Jason Clement * Jason is one of The Allard Team's buyer and listing specialist.
